Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund consideration.


Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the transaction.


Damaged or Defective Products

Non-Returnable Items
